Correction In last week's edition of TWFL, in "Opposite Ends of the Motions for Temporary Relief Spectrum", we reproduced Justice Agarwal's endorsement in Richard v. Plavcic. We inadvertently left out the last paragraph of the endorsement, which reads as follows:

[6] That said, there is no need to wait for September for a conference. The conference can proceed with a DRO on March 7, 2024, at 930am (to be scheduled by the applicant's lawyer using Calendly).
