Bio

Simi is a practical and approachable advocate for her clients. She seeks to find pragmatic solutions that best suit the unique needs of each client. Simi helps her clients navigate through what is often a challenging time in their lives, providing her clients with honest and realistic advice and guidance.

As an associate at Epstein Cole, Simi represents clients in all areas of family law including parenting matters, child and spousal support, and property division. Simi assists clients through the various dispute resolution forums, such as negotiation, mediation, arbitration, and litigation.

Prior to articling at Epstein Cole, Simi worked as a Supervisor of the family law division at Community Legal Services, the Student Legal Clinic at Western University, where she advocated for her clients in family law matters. During law school Simi also served as President of the Black Law Students’ Association at Western Law, was a Student Ambassador for the Ontario Bar Association, was a Staff Editor at Western's law journal and served on Western Law School’s Admissions Committee.
