Bio

Rachel is a confident, trustworthy and dedicated advocate. Rachel’s objective is to help her clients navigate a very difficult period in their lives with compassion and patience. She takes the time to understand her client’s goals and objectives and how to practically and efficiently achieve those goals.

As an associate at Epstein Cole, Rachel practices in all areas of family law including custody and access issues, child and spousal support, property division as well as marriage contracts and cohabitation agreements. Prior to joining Epstein Cole, Rachel summered, articled and practiced at a prominent boutique family law firm in Toronto.

Rachel has always been passionate about family law. Her background in philosophy and ethics gives her a unique perspective and allowed her to develop written and oral advocacy skills that she carried into her legal career. During law school, Rachel was involved with the Queen’s Family Law Clinic where she assisted clients navigate the court system.
