
Bio
Jessica is a passionate and fearless advocate for her clients. With compassionate and practical advice, Jessica seeks to resolve clients' matters with a view to minimizing long term effects arising from a separation and empowering them to move forward. Jessica is not afraid to access the courts when necessary but is also ready to negotiate based on a sound legal foundation. Jessica is comfortable working directly with opposing counsel or through alternate dispute resolution methods like mediation.
As an Associate at Epstein Cole, Jessica is able to assist in all areas of family law including parenting, property division, and support matters, Jessica's summer and articling experience provided her with experience in family law and criminal defence advocacy. Since her call to the bar, Jessica has practiced exclusively in family law.
Jessica obtained her J.D. from the University of Ottawa and graduated cum laude.
