Bio

Danielle is a dynamic and passionate advocate for her clients. As a family lawyer, she recognizes the importance of relationships and strives to develop comprehensive and practical solutions that work for her client and their family. She is a perceptive listener who takes the time to understand her client's situation and goals, and ensures that her client's voice is heard.

As an associate at Epstein Cole, Danielle represents clients in all areas of family law. She helps her clients seamlessly navigate through various modes of dispute resolution, including negotiation, mediation, arbitration, and litigation.

Prior to joining Epstein Cole, Danielle articled and was legal counsel at the Ontario Securities Commission, where she gained valuable perspectives on advocacy and insights into an adjudicator's approach to resolving disputes. She also summered in the corporate legal department at a technology company and was a research assistant for Dean Mary Condon at Osgoode.

During law school, Danielle completed a for credit placement with the Barbra Schlifer Commemorative Clinic, where she provided legal support to women who have experienced domestic violence. She also volunteered at the FCJ Refugee Centre, and served as President of the Osgoode Legal Philosophy Club as well as Co-Director of Special Events for the Osgoode Women's Network.
