Courtney combines big-picture thinking with child-focused solutions to find innovative and efficient ways to maximize her client’s interests. Taking a reasonable and respectful approach with all parties involved, she provides exceptional guidance to her clients through challenging family law matters. Courtney has experience with all types of dispute resolution, including negotiation, mediation, arbitration and litigation. Courtney's strength is in developing effective strategies to pre-emptively address issues that often arise during the course of a family law matter.
Courtney's practice is focused on all aspects of family law, including parenting issues and complex property and income matters. Courtney is also experienced in handling cases with mental health and/or substance use issues.
