Brynne Thomas

Bio

Brynne is one of our 2024-2025 articling students.

Brynne received her J.D. from Queen's Law School with recognition as  graduating with Third-Highest Standing.  She also received a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Political Science at McGill University.   While at Queen's Law School, Brynne served as Co-President of the Queen's Women in the Law Club, volunteered with Pro Bono Student Canada (rights of domestic abuse survivors) and provided tutoring and mentorship to first year law students.  

Brynne was a Student Caseworker with the Queen's Family Law Clinic and interned at Don Valley Community Legal Services in the summer of 2022.

Brynne has been an advocate in the prevention of sexual exploitation of children and child sex trafficking through her experience with OneChild Network & Support Inc. and presented a TEDx Talk "A Life of Rape Culture" while in high school.
