Bio

Trained in Collaborative Family Law and experienced in mediation, arbitration, and litigation, Batya is dedicated to reducing conflict as much as possible to preserve the dignity and well-being of her family law clients. With strong communication skills and a strategic mindset, she is an empathetic and effective advocate.

As an associate at Epstein Cole, Batya works with clients in all areas of family law including contracts and agreements, parenting issues, child and spousal support, and asset, property, and financial matters. Batya summered and articled at the firm before joining as an associate.

With a background in psychology, Batya’s understanding of human dynamics helps her support clients through the trying emotions of a family breakdown while remaining focused on the legal objectives of the case.
