Bio

As an associate lawyer at Epstein Cole, Aiishwariya represents clients in all areas of family law. She assists clients through various forms of dispute resolution, including negotiation, mediation, arbitration and, when necessary, court litigation.  Aiish is a dedicated advocate for her clients.

Aiish completed her articles with Epstein Cole in 2021-22 and was a summer student with the Office of the Children's Lawyer at the Ministry of the Attorney General in 2020.  During her articles, Aiish assisted with a trial and and worked on a range of other family law matters.

During law school, Aiishwariya completed placements at the Barbra Schlifer Commemorative Clinic (2019-2020) and The Concerned for Working Children.  Aiishwariya participated in the Walsh Family Law Moot in 2021.  Aiishwariya was also the Social Media Coordinator for Osgoode's Family Law Association and Vice-President of Communications for the Osgoode South Asian Law Students' Association.
