Unanimous Hague Convention decision from US Supreme Court regarding "habitual residence"
Monasky v. Taglieri, No. 18-935 (U.S. Feb. 25, 2020)
The US Supreme Court issued an opinion in Monasky v. Taglieri which considered the meaning of “habitual residence” in a Hague Child Abduction proceeding. The USSC found that a court should consider the “totality of the circumstances specific to the case.”
