Welcoming David to Our Dispute Resolution Centre Roster
The Honourable David A. Jarvis joins us as a Mediator/Arbitrator following his retirement from the Newmarket Family Court in January 2026. David's experience as a family law lawyer and judge, known for his fair and practical conferences and decisions, will make David an effective and evaluative option for mediation.
David will also arbitrate in select matters, leveraging his case management skills, knowledge of the Family Law Rules and evidence, and judicial experience to hear motions and cases where timeliness and subject-matter expertise are desired.
David will be scheduling matters beginning in October, 2026.
