Laura joined Epstein Cole in 2018 after her articles as a judicial clerk at the Ontario Superior Court of Justice in Toronto, where she assisted judges on a number of family law trials.
Laura received her J.D. from the University of Toronto in 2017. She was active in the law school mooting program, and participated in the Callaghan Memorial Moot as a mooter and coach. Laura worked as a research assistant for Professor Hamish Stewart and also spent a summer working in Beijing with King & Wood Mallesons.
Before law school, Laura attended McGill University, where she studied history and Mandarin Chinese. After graduating from McGill, Laura spent two years in China, where she attended Beijing Normal University and worked as a translator at an international law firm. Laura reads and speaks Mandarin Chinese.
Apart from law, Laura enjoys food and wine, standup comedy, and sailing.
